Join the new Moroccan fintech startup! Kenzup. is a startup launched in June 2020, funded and backed by a big Moroccan corporation aiming to diversify its activities towards digital financial services. Kenzup.'s ambition is to develop a wide range of financial services to be used by millions of Moroccans in their daily life and support the national financial inclusion strategy.
Your role
You will be our Graphic Designer, the creative engine behind our "social-first" presence. Your mission is to blend design, high-paced editing, and storytelling to make Kenzup. stand out in every feed. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will have full ownership of the content production pipeline, from the initial hook to the final export. In detail, your role will be:
- Social-First Content Production: Design and produce high-impact assets for TikTok, Instagram (Reels/Stories), and YouTube Shorts, ensuring they respect platform-specific codes (safe zones, trends, transitions).
- Video & Motion Excellence: Master the art of short-form video: rhythm, hooks, captions, sound design, and micro-animations that capture attention in the first 2 seconds.
- AI-Powered Ideation & Scaling: Leverage Generative AI tools to accelerate scripting, generate B-rolls, and create multiple creative variations for A/B testing.
- Cross-Platform Adaptation: Decline master concepts into various ratios (9:16, 1:1, 4:5) and ensure a seamless brand experience across digital and occasional print executions.
- Storytelling & Scripting: Assist in writing mini-scenarios and captions that drive engagement, focusing on clear CTAs and "scroll-stopping" structures.
- Brand Guardianship: Ensure every piece of content—from a 15s Reel to a static banner—is perfectly aligned with Kenzup.’s visual identity.
Required skills
- Experience in Digital Content Creation: Proven track record of producing viral or high-engagement social content (Portfolio/Showreel mandatory).
- Social Media Culture: Deep understanding of TikTok/IG algorithms, trending audios, and community behaviors.
- Visual Storytelling: Ability to turn complex fintech features into simple, relatable, and engaging stories.
- AI Fluency: Ability to use AI tools to generate scenes, variations, and automate repetitive production steps.
- Proactive & Independent: A "Hands-on" mindset—you don’t wait for a detailed brief to suggest a new trend or a creative improvement.
- Ownership & Rigor: High sense of responsibility for your deliverables, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent Communication: Ability to write catchy captions and scripts in French and English.
Technical knowledge
Mastering the following stacks/technologies is mandatory:
- Video & Motion: Premiere Pro and After Effects (CapCut for mobile-first speed is a plus).
- Design & Layout: Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- AI Creative Suite: Experience with tools for video/image generation (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Firefly) and scripting assistance.
- Platform Mastery: Advanced knowledge of Meta Business Suite and TikTok Creative Center.
- Technical Execution: Knowledge of social media specs (safe zones, compression, aspect ratios) and print basics.
