Business Analyst

We specialize in financial services and cashback solutions, with our flagship digital cashback application designed to enhance customer retention. Kenz'up aims to support the national financial inclusion strategy and improve the daily lives of millions of Moroccans through a wide range of financial services.

Your role

• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional specifications
• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor business, product and operational performance
• Analyze data to extract insights, identify opportunities and support decision-making
• Conduct research on market trends, competition and user behavior to inform strategic choices
• Collaborate daily with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Ops and BD teams to ensure alignment on priorities and execution
• Map, document and continuously improve business processes to enhance operational efficiency
• Support the creation of business models, financial projections and product performance analyses
• Prepare clear and concise presentations for leadership and cross-functional teams

Required knowledge and experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to turn complex data and business challenges into simple and structured recommendations
• Excellent communication skills in English & French
• Experience with data analysis tools
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in fintech, tech companies, consulting, or similar analytical environments
